As a software developer passionate about technology since 1993, and with my partner, an experienced child educationalist, we decided to change that.
Our journey began in Chennai, India, in 2000, when we discovered the emerging world of abacus mental arithmetic. We founded our own training center and pioneered innovative computer-based tools — using Flash Pro for bead-number imaging and Clipper xBase to develop new Bi-Quinary-based algorithms. These advancements dramatically accelerated our students' progress, enabling faster and more accurate calculations. The results were clear: our learners consistently dominated national competitions.
After 7 successful years globally and 18 dedicated years in the UK — where we've trained thousands of children and numerous teachers through our thriving London abacus center — we're excited to launch eynko in 2026.
