We use the collected data strictly to provide and improve our educational services, specifically:

4. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY & PARENTAL GATES (COPPA & GDPR COMPLIANCE) EynkoGym is designed to be used safely by students, but we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13.

  • In-App Parental Gates: To protect younger users, we have implemented strict technical barriers within the application, including adult-only math verification challenges and secure parental 4-digit PIN access screens.

  • Account Registration: These gates ensure that any sensitive operations—such as inputting contact details (emails and phone numbers) for enrollment or communicating with our contact center—can only be completed by a verified parent or legal guardian.

  • Data Rectification: If you believe a child has bypassed these gates and provided us with personal details without adult consent, please contact us immediately, and we will permanently purge that data from our databases.
